Aske Schou Nielsen

Your AI transformation, led from the first assessment all the way to production.

You get a project lead who scopes the work, builds the business case and roadmap, brings your stakeholders along and manages delivery until the solution is live. Behind it are years of leading complex projects in government and business, hands-on experience building AI-ready systems, and a background in information security and GDPR. So the work gets done, and done right.

Now

End-to-end AI transformation

Your AI transformation is in the hands of one project lead, from the first look at your processes and IT to a solution running in production. Governance and security are part of the plan from day one, and so is compliance with GDPR, NIS2 and the AI Act. Strategy and delivery stay connected, because the roadmap is written by someone who has designed, built and run AI solutions in production.

  • Assessment, business case and roadmap where AI adds value, which processes to make lean first and which systems to replace
  • Stakeholders and governance leadership, IT and the business working from one plan, with clear decisions and clear ownership
  • Secure, EU-owned architecture AI-ready and compliant by design, with your organisation in control from source code to hosting
  • Delivery into production planning, follow-up and go-live, backed by hands-on DevOps, CI/CD and infrastructure as code

Personal history

Skip this section if you are easily bored.

Personality

I would categorise myself as a thinker type personality who has developed the habit of taking action.

I live in Spain

Ending up in Spain was never part of my plan, but here I am.

Spain is the opposite of my home country and it intrigues me with its mountains, natural parks, castles, cool villages, etc. Every day is full of new experiences when you are trying to navigate the world in your 3rd language.

I still hold strong ties to Denmark, and I would like to thank ‘the internet’ for making this possible.

Wait! Agriculture?

I started my career getting good use of my degree in Agricultural Economics but have since moved away from the world of food and politics.

Today, my professional life is in information security, and I love teaching and creating trainings in this field.

Oh boy, a vegan

I never had a plan to go vegan, but having studied and worked in agriculture and having a study published on animal welfare in the scientific journal of Agricultural Economics, I couldn’t deny what I studied, and here we go.

I am still passionate about politics, climate, nature and animal welfare, so I feel I will end up in the food and agricultural industry again.

Career

I am a generalist. I thrive on doing many different tasks and independent work, which my previous experiences will spell out. I am motivated and a self-starter, and I thrive in complexity and among the people I work with.
